Meet the Team

Subsurface Hydro Limited was formed to draw upon the breadth of knowledge of the company's Directors across a number of areas related to in-ground engineering and groundwater challenges. From many years of providing groundwater control systems and dewatering solutions for major construction projects and remediating highly contaminated groundwater and soils, we have experienced the full range of challenges the below-ground environment has to posed to clients, developers and principal contractors alike. The Directors
Dr JOE TEER

BSc, PhD 

Joe is a visionary Director always looking to apply innovation in both business and technology. Having previously successfully led two of the UK's most prominent technical remediation contractors and a dewatering company, he can bring a wide range of experience and problem-solving ability to any water treatment or groundwater problem. 
Dr Marc Bevan 

BSc, EngD

Marc has spent his entire career working in the world of groundwater management, including time served with two of the UK's top dewatering contractors, allowing him to amass both the technical and practical knowledge to become a leading groundwater engineer. Since 2005, the experience gained in drilling processes, pumping systems and controls has been applied to the specialist area of open-loop ground source energy boreholes, with a selection of projects worked on displayed below.
